This is built pretty much
out of the box (out of the blister pack more accurately)
other than replacing the stack stays with .015" brass
rod and the piping around the boiler with 040" brass
rod.
Paint is Humbrol yellow, aluminium and coal black (first
time I've actually used this to paint coal!) with polished
aluminium for the wheel rims. The firebox is in Citadel
"Dwarf Bronze", which is a nice dark brass colour.
Testors Metalizer Brass was used for the shiny bits on
top.
